Signing up
How does the Filament Club work?
Pick your filament, pick how often you want it (every 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks), and we ship it automatically. You save 10% on every delivery, on top of any bulk discount.
Does the 10% stack with bulk discounts?
Yes. A subscription for 10 spools gets the 10% bulk price and then 10% off that, so it's £8.10 a spool. 20+ spools works out at £7.65 a spool.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There's no contract and no sign-up fee. You can cancel after your first delivery if you want.
Managing it
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
Sign in to your account with your email (we send you a one-time code) and open Subscriptions. You can skip the next delivery, change the date, change colours or quantity, or cancel.
Can I change colours between deliveries?
Yes. Edit the subscription in your account before the next billing date and the new colours ship on that order.
When am I charged?
On the day each order is created. You'll get an email before every renewal so nothing catches you out.
Delivery
How fast does it ship?
Subscription orders go out next working day, the same as one-off orders placed before 3pm.
Is delivery free?
Free on 5 or more spools, and the Filament Club pack is 5 spools. Under that it's £3.49.
What if a colour I chose is out of stock?
We'll email you before it ships and either swap it for your pick or hold it until it's back. The Mixed pack is always picked from colours in stock.
