Order before 3pm, Monday–Friday, for next-day shipping. Delivery is £3.49 on 1–4 spools and free on 5 or more.

Orders placed after 3pm, or at the weekend, are sent on the next working day. Bank holidays may add a day. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Contact us as soon as possible, before the 3pm cut-off if you can, and we'll update it if the parcel hasn't left yet.
My tracking hasn't updated
Tracking can take a few hours to show the first scan. If it hasn't moved after a couple of working days, get in touch with your order number.
My parcel arrived damaged
Email us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out.
